This gallery starts with 14 24x24” canvases painted during a three day collaboration with Seattle artist Natalie Oswald.  We swapped paintings back and forth, each having turns at each canvas.  Read more about the process in this article in MungBeing Magazine. (The first series can be seen in Gallery 2.)

The “Pattern and Patterns” series is next, “using vintage sewing patterns, Barber
collages many canvases, taking advantage of the translucent quality of the fragile tissue. In this series, Barber’s imagery is borrowed from the package illustrations in a humorous and engaging poke at the nature of style and attitude”.  ~
